WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE?
You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. You can also make your purchases through Paypal or, with deferred payment, through Sequra.
IS PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD ON THE WEBSITE SAFE?
Yes, all data is transmitted using SSL encryption. For payments with Visa and Mastercard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is enrolled in the CES system, the system will contact your bank. Once the bank confirms authenticity, the corresponding charge will be made to the card. Otherwise, the order will be canceled, and you should contact your bank.
HOW CAN I KNOW IF I HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE CORRECTLY?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order, detailing the purchase information. If you do not receive it or have any problems with the purchase process, please contact us at info@bostonwear.com or by phone at 910 000 892.
CAN MY CREDIT CARD BE REJECTED?
Your card may be rejected for one of the following reasons:
- You may have entered some incorrect data. Please check that all your data is correct.
- Your card may be expired.
- You may have exceeded your card limit. Contact your bank to check that you haven't exceeded the allowed amount for making purchases.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can have it delivered to the address of your choice (home, workplace, etc.), but never to a PO Box, or you can pick it up at any of our physical stores, except for outlet stores and BOSTON corners in El Corte Inglés.
Home delivery of orders takes place within 2 to 6 days.
The delivery time for orders to physical BOSTON stores is 5 to 10 days.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping to physical stores is free for the customer, with no minimum purchase amount.
For online purchases of €50 or more, home delivery will be free for the customer. For online purchases under €50, the shipping cost will be €3.95 for deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Boston does not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. We apologize for the inconvenience.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR HOME DELIVERY?
We will send you a purchase confirmation email. The shipping company will then contact you via email to inform you of your order delivery. You can track your order on their website by entering your order number.
You will have a maximum of two delivery attempts; if delivery is not possible due to absence, you must collect your order from the branch corresponding to your postal code. *By accepting our purchase and shipping conditions, the consumer/user registered on our website AUTHORIZES any third party to receive the order on their behalf. Home delivery of orders is made within 2 to 6 working days, except in exceptional circumstances.
WHAT IS THE IN-STORE DELIVERY PROCESS?
If you have chosen in-store delivery, we will notify you of the arrival of the goods. The in-store delivery time is 5 to 10 calendar days. Once the order has been received at our store, you will have 15 days to collect your package. You must present the order number and the ID of the person collecting the package.
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?
When you make your purchase, you will receive a purchase confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can track the shipment through the shipping company's website.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. For home deliveries, transit time is between 2 and 6 business days; for in-store pickup, transit time is 5 to 7 business days. Currently, deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times indicated may be longer during sales or promotions.
DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS MARKED AS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, the website will indicate that it is out of stock.
HOW CAN I FIND ON THE WEBSITE AN ITEM I SAW IN A BOSTON STORE?
To search for any type of item, use the search engine in the upper right-hand corner. Simply enter the model number, the reference number found on the label, or filter by the different categories shown in the left-hand menu.
ARE THE CLOTHING ITEMS PRICED THE SAME IN THE ONLINE STORE AND IN THE PHYSICAL STORE?
Yes, except for special discounts and/or exclusive promotions.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
All prices shown on the website include VAT. Shipping costs are not included and will be detailed later for customer acceptance.
CAN I REQUEST TAX FREE ON ONLINE PURCHASES?
No, it's not possible because the tax-free applies only to products that are purchased in the store and transported by oneself.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once payment is made and the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. If you have changed your mind or made a mistake, you can return it once you receive it.
CAN I REMOVE ANY ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes. You can remove items you don't want from your shopping cart, provided you haven't placed the order yet.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?
BOSTON only sells items in perfect condition. If you ever receive an item with a defect, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@bostonwear.com or by phone at 910 000 892.
WHAT DOES THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CONSIST OF?
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@bostonwear.com (indicating your name, full address, phone number and email address) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory (link to the withdrawal form).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period. Consequences of withdrawal In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first."
You must return the goods to us or hand them over directly to (insert the name and address, if applicable, of the person authorized by you to receive the goods), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
You can go to one of our stores (except outlet stores and El Corte Inglés points of sale) presenting your invoice along with the items to be returned.
You can request it through your customer area.
Follow these steps!
1. Go to "My Account" and select "Returns".
2. Click on the "REQUEST REFUND" option.
3. Mark the products you want to return and indicate the reason why you want to return them.
Finally, click on "REQUEST A REFUND".
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return. Returns made in physical stores are free of charge.
